When I first moved to Oahu, I'd never seen a sea turtle (honu) before. I can't even describe the magic of swimming and turning to see one traveling by you. In the years I was there, there wasn't a moment it didn't feel magical to live near these ocean creatures. This hand sawn pendant is for Hale'iwa over on North Shore near the first beach I ever saw a sea turtle.
